• No Liability for Transactions: Amar Mokam or SAHIRA is not responsible, liable, or accountable for any transaction, payment, quality of goods, delivery, or dispute arising between a Seller and a Customer.
• No Authority: Amar Mokam does not hold any authority, ownership, or control over the products listed by Sellers, nor do we guarantee the creditworthiness of Customers or the reliability of Sellers.

3. Information Collection and Usage

During registration (as a Seller or Customer), Amar Mokam collects basic information such as name, contact details, business information, and location to provide and maintain the digital platform.

Information Sharing: By registering, you acknowledge that certain information (such as Seller store details and contact info) will be visible to other users to facilitate interaction, just as it would be in a physical market.

No Control Over Third-Party Use: While we provide the platform for interaction, Amar Mokam does not hold authority over how users interact or use the information provided through the marketplace outside of our system.

4. Transaction Security & Safe Channels

• User Discretion: Both Sellers and Customers are strongly advised to use safe, verified, and suitable payment/communication channels for any transactions.
• Risk Assumption: Any exchange of funds, goods, or sensitive information is done at the sole risk of the parties involved. Amar Mokam does not provide an integrated payment escrow or guarantee for these private dealings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SAHIRA or Amar Mokam be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the platform.
• The conduct or listing of any Seller or Customer.
• Any breach of contract or fraud committed by users of the platform.
